Install the 1ev App in Three Steps

Getting the app running takes under two minutes on Android or iOS. Android users download the APK directly from this page; iOS users tap through to the App Store listing. No third-party stores, no side-load workarounds — just the file we sign and publish ourselves.

Step 1 — Download — Tap the Android APK button on this page or open the App Store on iOS. The APK file is around 30MB, so it downloads quickly even on a 4G connection.
Step 2 — Allow Installation — On Android, go to Settings → Apps → Special app access → Install unknown apps, then enable permission for your browser or file manager. This is a one-time step and can be reversed after install.
Step 3 — Open and Sign In — Tap the 1ev icon, enter your account credentials or register a new account, and set up biometric login when prompted. The lobby loads within a few seconds of first sign-in.
Step 4 — Enable Alerts — Allow push notifications when the app requests permission. You can fine-tune which alert types you receive from the Notifications section inside your account settings at any time.

DEVICE REQUIREMENTS

Android, iOS, and Minimum Specs

The 1ev app is designed to run on the handsets most common across India — mid-range Android phones included. Check the table below before downloading to confirm your device qualifies.

Android Version

Android 8.0 (Oreo) or later. Tested through Android 14. Devices running Android 7 or below cannot install the current APK build.

iOS Version

iOS 14 or later, covering iPhone 6s and newer. iPadOS 14 is also supported. Earlier iOS versions will not run the current App Store build.

RAM

Minimum 2GB RAM for standard lobby and slot rooms. Live casino streaming with Speed Baccarat or Fishing God tables performs better on 3GB or above.

Storage

30MB for the APK install, plus up to 80MB of cached lobby data after first use. A device with at least 150MB free storage is recommended.

Supported Regions

On-Device Encryption

Biometric credentials and session tokens are stored in your device's secure enclave, not in app storage. Uninstalling the app wipes all locally stored session data from your handset automatically.

Account Recovery Flow

If you lose your phone, your account is protected by the email and phone number tied at registration. Reset access through our web login, then re-link biometrics on your replacement device in one step.

Automatic Version Updates

The app checks for a new signed build each time you open it. When an update is available, you're prompted before entering the lobby. We aim to keep the APK under 35MB so updates finish quickly on mobile data.

Transport Security

All traffic between the app and our servers travels over TLS 1.3. Game data, wallet balances, and account details are never sent over unencrypted connections, including on public Wi-Fi networks.

The app's video renderer is optimised for mobile bandwidth, stepping the stream quality down gracefully on a 3G signal. Browser-based streams tend to buffer more visibly when signal quality drops.

Offline Lobby Preview

Cache the game tiles in the app once and you can browse them without a connection. Browser tabs clear their cache aggressively on mobile, so you return to a blank load screen on a patchy network.

Quick Deposit Integration

Yes. iOS users can find the app on the App Store. The iOS build carries the same features as Android — biometric login, push alerts, and full lobby access — and requires iOS 14 or later to run.

Android restricts APK installs from outside the Play Store by default as a security measure. Our APK is code-signed, so Android verifies the file is unmodified. You can revoke the permission from your settings after install is complete.

After your first sign-in, the app prompts you to enable biometric login. Accept the prompt and authenticate once with your fingerprint or face ID. From that point, every new session opens with a biometric check instead of a password.

Yes. Open the Wallet section, tap Deposit, and select UPI, Paytm, or PhonePe from the list. The app hands off to your payment app for approval and returns you to the lobby once the balance clears, which usually takes under a minute.

First, check that your device meets the minimum specs — Android 8 or later, 2GB RAM. Clear the app cache from your phone settings, then reopen. If the issue continues, contact us via in-app chat with your device model and Android version.
